I am delighted to have joined the SWBF team, bringing with me over four years’ experience in the development finance sector.
Now in my third year at South West Business Finance, I joined the team as a Trainee Broker after 14 successful years across a variety of roles within the plumbers’ merchant and bathroom sector. Upon joining SWBF, I enrolled on the NACFB Broker Academy and graduated with a Distinction grade.
I’m based just outside Exeter and after 40 years with High Street banks, mainly in business and commercial banking, it’s time to apply my knowledge and skills to support more businesses with a whole of market approach.
Having worked for HSBC UK Bank Plc for over 37 years, I am really delighted to join the team at SW Business Finance as a Partner helping to connect local businesses to specialist lenders that are able to offer a variety of tailored funding solutions.
I spent the first 19 years of my career at Midland/HSBC (1985 – 2004) in retail, commercial and also a short stint in corporate banking, working across Dorset and Hampshire in various roles including branch, operational, line, commercial lending and relationship management.
I have been in Financial Services for over 7 years until recently as a regulated Financial Adviser for a local and national wealth management firm.
