I’m based just outside Exeter and after 40 years with High Street banks, mainly in business and commercial banking, it’s time to apply my knowledge and skills to support more businesses with a whole of market approach.
Those 40 years have given me a valuable insight into the finance challenges many businesses face, as well as the options that are available. The best part of any finance role is working alongside business owners and understanding their goals so I can match with the best solution.
Many would say I am an old school banker and it’s a label I am very happy with. I firmly believe that approach is somewhat missing these days and is what many business owners seek. Someone to answer the phone, listen and act.
I’d love to say I am a keen sportsman but those days are long gone although I can watch sport as avidly as anyone.
