What types of Commercial Mortgages are available?
Commercial mortgages are available with a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of up to 80% with potential to arrange up to 100% funding if additional security is provided.
Interest-only and full or part-repayment options are available with loan terms up to 30 years.
There is no requirement to transfer your day-to-day banking to the new lender and it may also be possible to arrange facilities for applicants with previous credit problems.

- Mortgages for Land
- HMO (houses in multiple occupancy) mortgages
- Care/nursing home mortgages
