The Women in Finance Charter is a commitment by HM Treasury and signatory firms to work together to build a more balanced and fair industry and reflects the governments aspiration to see gender balance at all levels across financial services firms.

We signed up to the Charter in February 2022 and since this date have have increased the proportion of the Senior Management Team being female to 50% and have continued the appointment of a Senior Member of the Executive Team who is responsible and accountable for gender diversity and inclusion.
