I have worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years. Prior to starting in financial services, I worked as a relocation consultant helping people relocate to other countries as part of their new job roles. Very different to my job now as a broker administrator but ultimately, I am still assisting clients in meeting their end goals.
I have gained great experience and enjoyment in my role over the last 2 years and joining such a knowledgeable and welcoming team at SWBF was the next best step for me.
Outside of work I have a very loving and cheeky 2-year-old who keeps me on my toes. I enjoy a good book, am always on the lookout for new places to eat and will take any opportunity to get away with family and friends.
