Now in my third year at South West Business Finance, I joined the team as a Trainee Broker after 14 successful years across a variety of roles within the plumbers’ merchant and bathroom sector. Upon joining SWBF, I enrolled on the NACFB Broker Academy and graduated with a Distinction grade.
While my background may not have started in financial services, I’d always had a strong ambition to move into the industry – so I relished the opportunity to make that transition with such a well-established and supportive team.
Since joining, I’ve been developing my expertise in structuring and brokering complex financial deals, drawing on the wealth of knowledge and experience around me at SWBF. My previous career has given me a strong foundation in working closely with SME clients and building lasting relationships, which I now apply to ensure every client receives a professional, honest, and high-quality service.
Outside of work, I’m a self-confessed sports enthusiast. Whether it’s rugby, golf, cricket or football, I like to stay fit and active – and I still try to pull on the boots for the mighty Minchinhampton RFC whenever I get the chance.
