Description: We assisted our client in funding the development of 25 smaller industrial/commercial units in Frome, Wiltshire. Smaller units were identified due to a shortage in the local market place. This enabled local business to purchase/rent much better quality and better located accommodation for their businesses. In fact, 75% of the units got pre-sold during the development.
