After a 10-year career at HSBC, much of which was spent in Commercial Banking working closely with Steve, I joined SWBF to better support SMEs by combining my experience with access to the whole of the lending market, rather than being restricted to a single provider.
Over the past seven years at SWBF, I have continued to build on my commercial expertise and financial knowledge, developing strong relationships across the industry and gaining a deep understanding of the evolving lending landscape. I now work predominantly with property professionals, supporting them in securing commercial mortgages and development finance, while still working closely with SMEs across a wide range of sectors.
Having seen first-hand how the lender marketplace has expanded far beyond the traditional high street banks, I believe this breadth of options enables SWBF to deliver tailored, effective solutions for clients in an ever-changing economic environment.
Outside of work, I am a keen rugby fan, and whilst I remain loyal to Exeter Chiefs, I increasingly find myself supporting Bath Rugby as well. Any spare time I have is usually spent with my wife and two young daughters, out walking the dog, or watching whatever sport is on TV!
