I am delighted to have joined the SWBF team, bringing with me over four years’ experience in the development finance sector.
Prior to this, I spent eight years project managing within the vehicle industry, where I worked closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions, build strong long-term relationships, and support business growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed working with people, understanding their goals, and helping turn plans into reality. Joining SWBF feels like a natural next step for me, and I’m excited to be part of a team that is passionate about supporting clients and building meaningful partnerships. I’m very much looking forward to developing new relationships and contributing to the continued success of the business.
On a personal note, I love travelling whenever I get the chance — so much so that my friends cheekily refer to me as “Judith Chalmers.”
