I am delighted to have joined the SWBF team, bringing more than four years' experience in development finance.

Before moving into finance, I spent eight years in project management within the vehicle industry, working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions, build strong long-term relationships and support business growth.

Throughout my career, I have enjoyed working with people, understanding their goals and helping turn plans into reality. Joining SWBF feels like a natural next step, and I am excited to be part of a team that is passionate about supporting clients and building meaningful partnerships. I look forward to developing new relationships and contributing to the continued success of the business.

Outside work, I love travelling whenever I get the chance - so much so that my friends cheekily refer to me as Judith Chalmers.
