Why use a Buy to Let Mortgage?
Commercial and Residential Buy to Let investment mortgages are designed for individuals, limited companies, LLPs, trusts and pension funds, who are looking to purchase or refinance property to rent out, profiting from rental income and property value appreciation.
Mortgages are also available on mixed use or semi-commercial property and apartment blocks.
What level of funding can be arranged using a Buy to Let Mortgage?
Typically, we can arrange commercial funding up to 75% and residential Buy to Let up to 85% of the value of the property. This depends on the level of rental income, the strength of the proposal, the loan to valuation, the industry sector, the quality of tenant, the length of the lease and the borrower’s investment experience and credit rating.
Investment mortgages are available from £70,000 to £25 million on either interest only or capital repayment terms.
